Can I schedule recurring household help?
Yes, recurring appointments can cover agreed small household repairs, door and drawer hardware adjustments, and finish-ups within our current scope. Send your task list and photos first. We agree on the work, materials, timing, and price before each appointment.
What does direct service cost?
Assembly is $70/hour, wall and TV mounting is $75/hour, and heavy lifting is $80/hour, per worker. Assembly and mounting have a one-hour minimum per worker, then 15-minute billing increments. When available, same-day appointments add $40 to each worker's first hour; later time uses the regular rate. We confirm the crew, scope and any additional charges before booking.
What work is outside the current service scope?
We do not take electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, roofing, structural, permit-required, or exterior-ladder work. IKEA kitchens and SEKTION, Murphy beds, basketball hoops, satellite dishes, and bidets are also outside scope. Hauling or disposal requires a separate written agreement.
How do I request a quote?
Send the product link or model, box and work-area photos, your city, and preferred timing. Include dimensions and instructions if available. For mounting, add the wall type, placement, and hardware. Please place assembly boxes in the room where the work will happen.
What IKEA products do you specialize in?
PAX wardrobes, AURDAL closets, and standalone IKEA furniture. PAX and other systems that require wall attachment must be anchored. Send the design plan or article numbers, room photos, wall type, and box count.
What other indoor and outdoor products do you assemble?
Office equipment, patio furniture, storage, play systems, and other packaged products. Send the model, product link or instructions, box count, photos, and any lifting or access details.
Do you serve mountain towns, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs?
Yes. Mountain-town projects are welcome. Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and longer-distance mountain jobs may include a travel or mileage charge agreed before booking.
How do direct clients pay?
Credit or debit through Clover is preferred. A secure one-hour deposit or payment authorization may be required before confirmation. Never send card details by text or email.
What is the cancellation policy?
A quote request is not a booking. Once confirmed in writing, a cancellation, reschedule, or missed access with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur one hour at the booked labor or crew rate. With at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no fee and any deposit is refunded or transferred. See the full terms for exceptions.
