Information you choose to provide
When you email, call, or text, you may provide your name, contact details, location, photos, product information, scheduling preferences, and other project details. Provide only information reasonably needed to evaluate and complete the work.
Consulting discovery inquiries
Cosmik AI Consulting is currently open only for high-level discovery inquiries. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, account access, private files, regulated data, financial records, health information, or other sensitive material by email, text, or the website. If paid consulting opens later, any access, data handling, retention, and security requirements will be documented separately before work begins.
How the website inquiry works
When you submit the “Send project details” or “Send discovery inquiry” form, your name, email, city and project details or consulting goals are sent to Cosmik’s website and saved for Brandon to review. The form saves your inquiry without sending it to OpenAI or using a conversation cookie. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. Email links open your own email application.
Charlie website conversations
Charlie is an AI assistant, not Brandon or a live employee. Messages you send through Charlie are saved in Cosmik's website records so Brandon can review your project details and follow up. When AI replies are available, conversation content is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. A conversation cookie associates Charlie messages. Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, health information, or other sensitive material. Charlie cannot confirm a price or booking. Conversation records are kept only as reasonably needed for inquiries and business follow-up. You can ask Cosmik to correct or delete a conversation, subject to necessary business records.
Client accounts and work history
Client Login uses ChatGPT sign-in. When you request client access, Cosmik stores your sign-in identifier, email, display name and access-request date to verify and link your account. Cosmik publishes your client-facing work history, project status and relevant document or transaction records to your account. Access is approved separately from sign-in and can be withdrawn. Cosmik Client Dashboard shows the same scoped project records; it does not expose Cosmik’s personal operating dashboard. Linked documents may have separate access requirements. Continue as guest keeps public browsing and ordinary inquiries available without login. Contact Cosmik to request correction, account-access changes or deletion, subject to necessary business records.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, evaluate fit and scope, prepare a quote, schedule and perform approved work, process or document payment, provide service follow-up, maintain business records, and address safety or legal obligations.
Payment information
The website inquiry form does not collect card numbers. When a deposit, payment authorization, or final payment is required, card information is entered through Clover's secure hardware or a Clover-hosted payment flow. Do not send card numbers by email or text. Cosmik may retain ordinary transaction, authorization, receipt, and dispute records, while Clover controls its own payment-card processing and security practices.
Sharing and selling
Cosmik does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed for ordinary operations—such as email, phone, payment, hosting, or recordkeeping—or disclosed when required by law. Information is not shared with a marketplace merely because a visitor used this independent website.
Website hosting and external links
The hosting provider may process standard technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, device or browser information, request time, and requested page. This website may link to third-party sites, including a Google business profile. Those services control their own privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, business records, payment documentation, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask what direct contact information Cosmik has about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must reasonably be retained.
