Know the rate before we get started.
These rates apply when you book directly with Cosmik Handyman Services. Tell us what needs doing, and we’ll confirm the scope, crew and any additional charges before you book.
Standard appointments
Hourly rates are for one worker. Assembly and mounting have a one-hour minimum per worker, followed by billing in 15-minute increments.

Wall & TV mounting
Wall type, item weight, placement and hardware are confirmed first.

Heavy lifting and loading
The item, crew size, stairs, distance, access, and loading conditions must be confirmed before scheduling.
If your project needs two workers, each worker is billed at the listed rate. For example, one hour of mounting with two workers is $150 in labor. Crew size is agreed before booking.

Subject to availability. Same-day work adds $40 to each worker's first hour. Additional time uses the regular hourly rate.

Same-day assembly
When available, each worker's first hour is $110; additional time for that worker returns to $70 per worker-hour.

Same-day mounting
When available, each worker's first hour is $115; additional time for that worker returns to $75 per worker-hour.

Same-day heavy lifting
When available, each worker's first hour is $120; additional time for that worker returns to $80 per worker-hour. Crew and access must be confirmed first.
How the final price is set
Time
The minimum and billing increment are stated before booking. Larger or unusually complex work may receive a project-specific quote.
Travel and access
Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and longer-distance mountain projects include a travel or mileage charge agreed before booking. Parking or difficult access may also affect the quote.
Payment
Credit and debit card payment through Clover is preferred. A one-hour booking deposit or secure payment authorization may be required after the quote is accepted. Never send card details by text or email.
Booking protection
24-hour cancellation policy
A quote request is not a booking. Once an appointment is confirmed in writing, a cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start—or a no-show or inability to provide access—may be charged a nonrefundable fee equal to one hour at the booked labor rate. For a confirmed multi-worker booking, the fee is based on the one-hour crew rate. Same-day appointments become subject to the policy when confirmed.
A booking deposit is credited toward the completed job. It may be retained when the cancellation policy applies. With at least 24 hours' notice, no cancellation fee is charged and any deposit is refunded or transferred to the rescheduled appointment. No fee is charged if Cosmik cancels, and genuine emergency or unsafe-weather exceptions may be waived at Cosmik's discretion. See the service terms for the complete policy.
