Cosmik AI Consulting status
Cosmik AI Consulting is an AI systems and digital operations service line of Cosmik Ventures LLC. Its public page invites discovery conversations only; it does not offer general paid booking. An inquiry, call, or exchange of information does not create a consulting engagement, fiduciary relationship, data-processing arrangement, or obligation to perform work. Any future engagement will require a separate written scope and terms before access, sensitive information, payment, or work begins.
Quotes and booking
A quote request is not a booking. A project is booked only after the parties directly confirm in writing the material scope, location, rate or price basis, timing, and any required booking deposit or payment authorization. Quotes depend on the accuracy and completeness of the photos, product details, measurements, access information, and other facts provided. A material change may require a revised scope, price, schedule, or referral.
Rates, time, and payment
For direct work, listed hourly rates apply per worker-hour across all categories, including same-day work. Each confirmed worker's time is billed separately; the first-hour minimum and same-day first-hour rate apply to each worker. The applicable crew size, minimum, hourly or project rate, billing increment, travel, parking, materials, hardware, and payment method are confirmed before or during booking as appropriate. Credit and debit card payment through Clover is preferred. Cosmik may require a deposit equal to one hour of the booked crew labor rate or a secure payment authorization before confirming an appointment. Deposits are credited to the completed job. Card information is entered only through Clover's secure hardware or Clover-hosted payment flow and should never be sent by text or email. Marketplace work uses the marketplace's rates and payment process.
Access and site conditions
The client is responsible for lawful access to the work area and for disclosing known restrictions or hazards, including building rules, parking and loading limits, concealed utilities, damaged products, stairs, elevators, pets, occupants, and fragile surroundings. Work may pause if the actual conditions materially differ or cannot be handled safely.
Assembly and anchoring
Products must be suitable for the intended location and include the required parts or compatible hardware. PAX and other products that require wall attachment must be properly anchored. If the wall, product, supplied hardware, instructions, clearances, or site conditions do not support a safe installation, the work may be adjusted, deferred, or declined.
Current service boundaries
Electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, roofing, structural, and permit-required trade work are outside the current service scope, as are roof or exterior-ladder work, IKEA kitchen or SEKTION installation, Murphy beds, basketball hoops, satellite-dish removal, and bidet installation. Hauling or disposal is excluded unless specifically agreed in the written scope.
Changes, delays, and cancellations
If project details or timing change, notify Cosmik promptly. After an appointment is confirmed in writing, a client cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged a nonrefundable cancellation fee equal to one hour at the booked labor rate. The same fee may apply if the client is unavailable, unresponsive, or unable to provide the agreed access at the appointment time. For a confirmed multi-worker booking, the fee is based on the confirmed one-hour crew rate. Same-day appointments become subject to this policy when confirmed. Any booking deposit may be retained and applied to the fee. With at least 24 hours' notice, no cancellation fee is charged and any deposit is refunded or transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
No cancellation fee is charged if Cosmik cancels or cannot perform the confirmed work. Cosmik may waive the fee for a genuine emergency, unsafe travel or weather conditions, or another exceptional circumstance at its discretion. A scope, rate, location, or timing change may require a new written confirmation. By approving a booking after receiving this policy, the client acknowledges and authorizes the stated cancellation treatment.
Third-party marketplaces
Cosmik Ventures LLC and Cosmik Handyman Services are independent of third-party marketplaces. A project or client connection that originates through a marketplace must remain there for task communication, booking, invoicing, and payment under that marketplace's rules. A public profile link on this website is a reference to platform-hosted work history, not an endorsement or affiliation.
